Equipment needed
You will need a mat or towel to lie on.
Make sure your space is safe and you have enough room to move freely.
A small rolled-up towel for under the neck can be helpful in some positions.
We use bands, balls and relaxation exercises for variety and to achieve specific results - talk to your instructor for help on where to buy.
Bare feet or grippy socks are best.
Dress in layers to help regulate your body heat.
You may like some water close by during the warmer months.
About the classes
We embed Pilates principles into all exercises and classes are customised for participants, with modifications provided where necessary. Online scheduled classes provide the opportunity to view your form and technique and offer feedback to improve your form. Through intuitive and experienced teaching techniques, you will be supported through just the right level of challenge - giving you lots of opportunities to rest and stretch in-between.
