About in-studio sessions
Sessions are heldwith a maximum of four participants at my home studio in Corrimal and are similtaneously livestreamed - but don't worry, they can't see you. Address is provided upon registration. Each session accommodates any specific needs you may have and provides an intimate and personalised opportunity to progress with your Pilates practice. We use balls, bands, and relaxation exercises for variety and to achieve specific results. All sessions run for 55 minutes.
What to bring
Mats are provided for in-studio classes, however you are welcome to bring your own. A small towel to be rolled up and placed under the neck can be helpful in some side lying positions. You may like to bring some water along during the warmer months. We work in bare-feet or socks. Dress in layers to help regulate your body heat.
