Natasha is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer, dedicated to helping you reach your goals if they fall outside the scope of Pilates.

Pregnancy Pilates Pilates can be very helpful for Pregnancy. A private Pilates for Pregnancy session will introduce a variety of safe and effective Pilates exercises that can be practiced during Pregnancy. Modifications to traditional exercises will also be covered to ensure a thorough understanding that can be applied to personal practice or group classes.
